◆ Is there a compensation for dead on arrival?

We generally do not offer compensation for dead on arrival. However, if you take a photo of the affected animal in the unopened bag on the day of arrival and send it to our email address, we will send you a replacement after confirmation.

Sales are not available at the physical store. Please check our online shop or social media for information on sales events.

◆Is it possible to cancel after purchase?

We accept cancellations before shipping. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after the item has been shipped.
